General conduct
During any activity carried out during the event participants are required to maintain a respectful and appropriate behavior to the situation towards guests, the staff and other participants.
Anyone who does not maintain the behavior described above will be immediately expelled without the possibility of refund.
Photos/videos
The only established moments in which it is allowed to take photos/record videos using personal devices are the panels.
Delivery of gifts to the guests
The only established moment for the delivery of gifts to guests is during the autograph session. To deliver gifts to guests it is mandatory to buy the extra autograph.
Photo session
It is not allowed to take photos and/or record videos using personal devices during the entire duration of the photo session.
Embarrassing, disrespectful and/or disturbing poses are not allowed. The guest is free not to pose if they consider the proposed pose not adequate.
Anyone caught breaking these rules will immediately be expelled with no possibility of refund.
Panel
During the entire duration of the panel the participants are required to remain seated at their own seats and to stand only in case a question is asked to the guests on stage. To book a question it is necessary to raise the hand and wait patiently for the turn.
Personal, disrespectful and/or embarrassing questions are not allowed. The guest is free not to answer any question asked if they consider it inappropriate.
Autograph session
It is not allowed to take photos and/or record videos using personal devices during the entire duration of the autograph session.
Anyone caught breaking this rule will immediately be expelled with no possibility of refund.
Meet & greet
It is not allowed to take photos and/or record videos using personal devices during the entire duration of the meet & greet.
Anyone caught breaking this rule will immediately be expelled with no possibility of refund.
Party
Access to the party is strictly reserved for holders of the appropriate entrance ticket.
At the party it is strictly forbidden to maintain a disrespectful conduct towards guests, staff and other participants.
It is not allowed to take photos, videos and/or selfies with guests.
Anyone caught breaking these rules will immediately be expelled with no possibility of refund.
